The STS customer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at no cost.

A dedicated customer support team for STS users is standing by to assist STS users or organizations serving them. Examples of assistance that can be provided:

  • request basic information about STS,

  • assistance for filling out customer profiles,

  • provide positive compliments about your experience and

  • provide some suggestions for improvements
